Angelina Jolie Has Checked Into the Hospital

According to the spokesperson for Lenval Hospital in Nice, Angelina Jolie has checked into their hospital for the arrival of her twins.

Nadine Bauer, the hospital's press attache, says the admittance was pre-planned and that everything is going well. Jolie is reportedly not in labor and has entered the hospital to be kept under observation by the medical staff.

"There's no urgency. It's been planned for a long time," she said. "She's very well. Everything is fine."
Jolie had previously revealed that the the babies are due in August.

She and partner Brad Pitt have four children: Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3; and Shiloh, 2.

Rumor Mill: Has Angelina Jolie Welcomed Her Twins?

I'm getting flashbacks to when Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt welcomed daughter Shiloh. At the time there were numerous false reports announcing the much anticipated tot's arrival. It appears we can expect a similar cycle of reports in regards to the couple's newest additions.

Today's report comes from French magazine Closer which is exclusively reporting that Angelina Jolie has given birth to twins this morning in a French hospital.

We'll just have to wait and see if there is any truth to the report...

Maggie Gyllenhaal: Having a Child Changes Everything

Maggie Gyllenhaal credits becoming a mom with making her a better actress. Despite the professional confession, she says that she is planning to take time of to spend more time at home with daughter 20-month-old daughter Ramona and less time in front of the cameras.

"I think having a child changes everything and has deepened everything in my life," Gyllenhaal, says. "I think it has deepened my acting."

"[Motherhood] really does crack you open in every way," said the actress. "I never knew that I could be so tired. I never knew that I could work so hard. I never knew that I could love so much or be so patient or be so excited by the tiniest, tiniest little thing. Everything about it has surprised me."

Gyllenhaal returns to the screen in the very high-profile movie The Dark Knight which she co-stars with Christian Bale and the late Heath Ledger. It took the appeal of such a strong cast to get her back to work and away from her daughter.

"I do think that it's really difficult to get me away from [Ramona]," she said. "It's difficult to find a script that's good enough for me to think, 'Okay, I really need to do this instead of being with my daughter.'"

Some highlights from the interview:

On becoming pregnant with Stella:
“She’s a miracle, I was on one pill and wasn’t feeling well, so I went off of it. Two days later, the doctor put me on another, and on that one day, we conceived. It was meant to be!”

On meeting Stella for the first time:
“My first thought was, ‘My god, she’s so beautiful. My second thought was, ‘Oh my god, she has black hair! Where did that come from?’ [laughs] Liam has blond hair and is very fair. She was born with black hair, very tan.”

On Dean's reaction to meeting Stella:
He says, “When I saw Stella for the first time, I just bawled my face off out of pure joy. I’ve always heard that there’s nothing like that bond between father and daughter. There is nothing like it — you feel it that moment. It hit me like a ton of bricks. Little boys are awesome. They’re just like a little you. But having a little girl is something else. As a man, you just lose it.”

Jodie Sweetin Talks Babysitters and Baby Fat

Actress Jodie Sweetin and husband Cody Herpin enjoyed a night out on the town on Thursday. The couple welcomed daughter Zoie in April.

"We've actually been out a couple of times, and every time we leave the house, we hate leaving her, but we have grandmas," said the former Full House star at the opening of the new Shizue boutique in Beverly Hills

"They wrestle us for them, anyway!" said Herpin joked about the couple's mothers.

"His mom won tonight, my mom had her a couple of nights ago," said Sweetin. "It's really amazing. We have the best babysitters in the world."

Sweetin is the latest celebrity mom to join the NutriSystem progam to help her she the pregnancy weight.

Sweetin says, "I'm still working very hard and dressing strategically. I'm doing NutriSystem, and they have been phenomenal. I'm working with them."

Her husband decided to show his support and has also joined the diet program. "He's lost, like, 35 pounds, I've lost 15 so far. I want another 10 pounds, but it's so hard, especially being in this business – you feel like you have to look like you've never had a child, like the next day."

The busy new mom is getting ready to return to work on a new film in late August and the couple are pitching a reality show "about new family, just about the new baby."

Kimora Lee Simmons Gets Full Custody of Daughters

Kimora Lee Simmons has won sole custody of her two daughters with hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, Ming, 8, and Aoki, 5.

Simmons will have custody of his daughter one week out of every eight, plus extra time during summer vacations and holidays. He will also pay $20,000 per child per month in child support until the girls are 19 1/2.

He is also required to buy or lease a car valued at $60,000 or more for the girls once every 2 years.

The couple filed for divorce in March after 10 years of marriage.
